Accessing EER Client Services / EER Research

Q: I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do?
A: Click "forgot password?" below "Login" box , and enter your e-mail address. A message will be returned with your EER username and password.

Q: Why doesn't my password work?
A: Passwords are Case-Sensitive. Make sure your CAPS LOCK key isn't set.

A: Your login information is usually stored in a Cookies folder. Try deleting your Cookie for Emerging-Energy.com and re-entering your username and password.

A: If problems persist, contact the eer@emerging-energy.com.

Q: I don't have a username/password. What do I do?
A: Register here.

Q: My company is not an EER Client. How do I gain access to EER Research?
A: To speak with an EER representative about our services and/or becoming a client, please contact eersales@emerging-energy.com.


E-Mail Notification from EER / Individual Profile

Through your EER user profile, you have the ability to specify the types of e-mail notifications you would like to receive from EER based on your interests. With just a few simple clicks, you can edit your password, update your e-mail address or make adjustments to your current set of EER e-mail preferences.

Q: I received an e-mail message from EER about new research available on Emerging-Energy.com. How do I access the report?
A: EER e-mail notifications include an embedded hyperlink to the new piece of content. Click on the link and your web browser will take you directly to the new research on Emerging-Energy.com. (You will be asked to login to the site if your Emerging-Energy.com cookie is not on your computer. )

Q: I do not want to receive e-mails from EER. How do I request that?
A: EER e-mail notifications include an embedded hyperlink to unsubscribe.

Q: How do I access and/or edit my current profile?
A: Go to www.emerging-energy.com, log in and click on "Edit" link next to "Account Information". You will be sent to a page where you may update your personal information. To confirm your changes, press Save at the bottom of the page.

Q: How do I edit my Intersts (Energy Sectors, Geographic Regions, Energy Topics, and EER Offerings)? 
A: Click on "Edit" link next to "My Interests", You will be sent to a page where you may update your interests. To Confirm your change, press Save at the bottom of the page.


Downloading Files

Q: I cannot view a PDF file from the website. What do I do?
A: You must have Adobe's Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe's website.

A: In some cases, the size of the file can prevent your web browser from properly opening a file. Try downloading the PDF file directly to your computer and specifying a location on your computer where the file should be saved.
