Craig E. Urch, Senior Product ManagerCraig Urch is responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day management at EER. In this role he works with the EER research and account management teams to meet the current and future needs of EER's clients. Craig has over 20 years experience working with a mixture of corporate and non-profit organizations both in the US and overseas. He has spent the past ten years working in the field of research and consulting for clients ranging from Boston Wind Works to BusinessWeek magazine. Craig graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Keith Hays, Director of Research
Keith Hays manages EER's Barcelona office and heads EER's wind energy advisory services. Since joining EER in 2003, he has provided strategic analysis and recommendations to leading players in the energy industry with a focus on competitive strategy in renewable power generation technologies. Prior to joining EER, Mr. Hays developed market strategies as a management consultant at DiamondCluster Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), and carried out European research for Pyramid Research, a telecommunications research and advisory company. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Mr. Hays received his MBA from IESE Business School and his BA from Columbia University.
Steph Aldock, Senior Product Marketing Manager
Steph Aldock is responsible for managing all of EER's promotional activities, including email campaigns, press outreach, online communications and conference events. Steph has more than eight years of experience in marketing communications for the energy industry. She previously worked as a Senior Communications Writer for the Edison Electric Institute, in Washington, DC before joining EER in 2005. Stephanie received her BA in History from Macalester College and has a Masters Degree in Communications from Johns Hopkins University.
